Pilot, computer-use agent for macOS ↗

Rebuilt my voice-controlled desktop agent as a model-agnostic computer-use agent that acts on real UI elements from the macOS Accessibility tree, not guessed pixels; a fast executor batches actions and a planner is called only on escalation.
Built PilotBench (15 real macOS tasks) and replay evals: the default setup passes all 15 with no false completions, and harness changes cut suite time from 702 s to 229 s and model calls from 141 to 68.
Added self-tuning: calibration measures each model's click accuracy, image budget and effort on synthetic screens and writes a profile citing each measurement; ablation prunes scaffolding a model no longer needs.
Built a git-backed CMS with GitHub OAuth, signed HttpOnly session cookies and schema-driven forms that commit content atomically through the GitHub git data API, with conflict detection and retries.
Rendered the homepage as a scroll-driven black-hole simulation in three.js with raw GLSL shaders (Schwarzschild geodesics, Doppler and gravitational colour shifts, HDR bloom).
